Soup
Shourabat Khoudrah
1 lb. beef for stew
2 squash
2 potatoes
1 c string beans
1 c carrots
1 1/2 onions
3/4 c celery
salt and pepper
8 c water
1. Boil meat and bones for one minute, and then, throw the
water away and wash the meat in hot water.
2. Return meat and bones to saucepan, add water, salt and
pepper, and cook for about an hour.
3. Then, add all cut and washed vegetables. Simmer until
vegetables are tender.
