1 teaspoon salep dissolved in a 1/4 cup milk
2 cups cold milk
Sugar according to taste
Serves 2 persons
In a pot, pour the milk and the salep and milk mixture and bring to the boil, stirring, over gentle heat.
When the mixture comes to the boil, remove from the heat and place in small cups. Garnish with sprinkling of cinnamon.
Serve hot.
