Hommus Bi Lahmeh - Awarma

for hommus
1 c minced lamb meat
3 T ghee
2 t pine nuts
1. Prepare Hommus paste. Put in small bowls.
2. Fry meat in ghee until brown. Add a
handful of pine nuts, fry until coated with ghee.

Pour over the hommus.

2 c hot cooked chick peas
1 T salt
1 t cumin
1. Mix chick peas and salt. Place in small
plates.
2. Add cumin as a garnish and serve immediately.
Hommus Salad
Salatat Hommus
3 c cooked chick peas
½ c diced medium size onion
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 c diced tomatoes
½ c olive oil
¾ - 1 c lemon juice
1 t salt
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
