Artichoke
and Cheese

Ingredients:
2 big
cans artichoke hearts
6 green onions
4 bs mayonnaise
200 g grated parmesan cheese
Aluminum foil
How
to prepare:
1- Prepare
an empty rectangular Pyrex
2- Empty artichoke hearts from can and wash well
3- Cut each heart into 4 pieces
4- Repeat the same for all and place in the casserole
5- Wash the green onions and cut them into 5mm slices, place
them over the artichoke hearts
6- Add the mayonnaise over them
7- Mix them all together so the mayonnaise is well spread,
add the cheese on top of them mix again
8- Cover the Pyrex with an aluminum foil. Put it in the
oven with the aluminum foil on it on medium heat for 25
