A visit to Lebanon by sailboat

My wife and I are extremely interested in visiting Lebanon by sailboat in 2014 and wondered if any one could offer assistance? Our plan would be to visit 3 or 4 ports over 4-6 weeks on the coastline then explore inland from each port. Any further assistance on regulations and procedures (customs etc) would be great.
