REV “Chez Hoda Restaurant” “ISTISMAR-Contract”: REV Hammana “Chez Hoda Restaurant” is up for “ISTISMAR-Partner” July and September 2019 based on, generally speaking, below conditions: 1. REV “Chez Hoda Restaurant” Hammana is up for summer “ISTISMAR”. “Chez Hoda Restaurant” assures serving different REV SPLASH outdoor swimming pool, Camping groups, families, etc. clientele.  2. REV “Chez Hoda Restaurant” soliciting to signing an “ISTISMAR’s-Contract”, for 3 months July - August 2019, with a qualified “ISTISMAR-Partner”. 3. REV “Chez Hoda Restaurant” “ISTISMAR-Partner” accepts and solemnly engages himself that working hours for the months for 3 months July - August 2019 will be as follows: A. Every evening opening of “Chez Hoda Restaurant” is at (19:30h PM) and B. Closing of “Chez Hoda Restaurant” is exactly at (01:30h PM). C. “ISTISMAR-Partner” understands, accepts and engages himself that under NO circumstance any of HIS clients are ADMITTED and/or allowed to park their vehicles within REV premises.  4. REV “Chez Hoda Restaurant” ‘ISTISMAR’ costs engulf also and include below:  5. A detailed “Etat des Lieu” enumeration and concerning REV’s “Chez Hoda Restaurant” will be signed by“ISTISMAR-Partner” declaring taking possession of everything defined in “ISTISMAR’s-Contract”. 6. In addition, after effecting an “Etat des Lieu”, a “Guarantee-Deposit-Bankers-Check” in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND (5 000 USD) made-out to the order of Dr. Walid Amin Ruwayha will be prepared. Mentioned “Guarantee-Deposit-Bankers-Check” will be returned and handed over to “ISTISMAR-Party” on the SAME day and time when both parties, sign a POSITIVE “Etat des Lieu” of REV “Chez Hoda Restaurant” stating that REV “Chez Hoda Restaurant” was restored to REV without any damages. 7. “Chez Hoda Restaurant” ‘ISTISMAR’ monthly “ISTISMAR-Fees” is SEVEN THOUSAND (7 000) USD per month, which means a total of TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND (21 000 USD) for the THREE months July - September 2019 “ISTISMAR-Fees” that are payable in advance. 8. After presenting a “Banker’s Check” in the amount of TWENTY ONE THOUSAND (21 000 USD) and a SEPARATE “Guarantee-Deposit-Bankers-Check” in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND (5 000 USD) BOTH made-out to the order of Dr. Walid Amin Ruwayha: Both PARTIES DECLARE reading and accepting above conditions, REV and potential-interested “ISTISMAR-Partner” will sign an “ISTISMAR-Contract”, which engages BOTH, stating acceptance of BOTH PARTIES to conditions and contents. 9. Reminder: REV encourages its amiable clientele, prior to gaining access and/or participating in one of its programs, to inspect REV premises, consult cost of any extra service(s) and to respect and apply ALL "REV Rules".
